Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay using the following methods:
VISA
MasterCard
MobilePay

You are only charged for the purchase once the product is shipped from Gudnitz Copenhagen. However, your card issuer or bank may choose to hold the amount due to avoid an overdraft. We will never withdraw a larger amount than you have approved for your order. All prices include VAT.

Is it safe to shop online?

If you pay by card, you are always protected against misuse. There is no excess if your card is misused. Thus, you are more secure than in a physical shop. The information you share when paying by card is encrypted (SSL). Neither Gudnitz Copenhagen nor third parties can access your card data.

Orders and delivery

Can I collect my order with you?

Yes, when you checkout, you can choose to “pickup in studio”.

Does my order have a Track & Trance number?

All orders have Track & Trace. Please contact us if you need it contact@gudnitz.com.

Do you ship on Saturdays?

We ship orders from our stock Mondays to Fridays.

Do you ship to South America or Asia?

We ship worldwide.

Shipping prices?

Prices do not include shipping. The shippingprices will vary depending on destination, local taxes, or import rules.

Exchanges and returns

I’ve received my order, but the product is damaged

Pack the product securely, and use the return label in the parcel and contact us by email contact@gudnitz.com and give us a clear message about the damage. When returning a damaged product, Gudnitz Copenhagen will send a new product free of charge.

How do I exchange a product?

If you wish to return one or more products, you must return the parcel within two weeks of receiving it and you must let us know in a clear message by email contact@gudnitz.com. Shipping costs will be at your own expense, and we recommend using the return label, which is included when you receive your package. We process all returns as soon as possible.

How do I get a refund?

Once we’ve received your return package, we will send you an email notification that we have transferred the amount of the receive products. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please expect 2-5 working days before the refund is shown on your account. Using MasterCard, you might have a credit agreement, which means that the refund will only be shown at the next credit period. Your card issuer or bank will have more information about this. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Do you have a physical shop?

We don’t have a psysical shop, we have a showroom in which you can collect your orders. When you checkout, you can choose to “pickup in studio”.

Can I buy Gudnitz Copenhagen couture dresses at www.gudnitz.com?

Gudnitz Copenhagen couture dresses are not sold through the web shop. Please book an appointment here

What do I do if my Gudnitz product needs adjusting?

If the product needs adjusting, please contact a tailor. We recommend Danish Apparel located in Copenhagen or Strauss Skrædderi

How do I clean the clothes?

We recommend dry-cleaning only.
