TERMS & CONDITIONS
Monday to Thursday, your order will be shipped the day after your purchase. Orders received on Fridays and weekends will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received on public holidays will be shipped the following weekday. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Holte, Denmark.
Gudnitz Copenhagen only ships to destinations in the EU except Malta. All orders are sent with GLS and have track’n’trace. Standard delivery in Denmark is 1-2 business days. Standard delivery to EU destinations is 3-5 business days.
Free shipping and returns in DK. If you choose another delivery country than DK all costs and prices will change to the ones of the delivery country.
Change of shipping address
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change your address. We are only able to change your address for a very brief period after you have placed your order, and only on the same day as the order has been placed.
You can pay using Visa Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay.
All prices are displayed in DKK and EUR and include 25% Danish VAT.
When your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail also serves as your receipt.
Follow your order
You can follow your order by using the Track & Trace link you receive in your email with your receipt and notification that your order is on its way. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after you received the link until it is active on the carrier’s website.
You can also check your order status and find tracking information here on the website. If you have an account with us, just log in and you can find the information under ‘Orders’. If you don’t have a Gudnitz Copenhagen account, you can use the ‘Check Order’ feature.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item. We accept returned items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. You may try on the clothes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: Not used, unwashed and with the original tag attached. We do not accept returns that don’t meet these requirements.
We offer free return service in DK. You will receive a pre-paid return label with your order. Fix it on your return parcel and hand in the parcel at your local Parcel Shop.
For customers outside DK return costs of unwanted goods are paid by the buyer. Returns should be sent to:
