Several of the items are unique and handmade. This means that delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the order is registered until you receive your item. Busy periods or local holidays may cause delays. Gudnitz Copenhagen cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the distributor. If you have a rush order, please contact Gudnitz Copenhagen on email@example.com. All orders are sent by registered post via PostNord. The prices do not include shipping. Shippingprices will vary depending on destination, local taxes, or import rules. We don’t ship on holidays.
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and MobilePay.
All prices are displayed in DKK on the Danish site and include 25 % Danish VAT. On the English site, prices are displayed in Euros. The prices do not include shipping. Shippingprices will vary depending on destination, local taxes, or import rules.
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment. In case of returns, our label and hanging tag must still be attacked to the product. Items must be clean, unused, and unwashed. The costumer is liable to pay for return shipment, which will be deducted from the return payment.
You may cancel your purchase of the product by:
– notifying Rudolph Care hereof and returning the product
– refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
– omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this
